Q1. Is the registration mandatory?
Ans: Yes! and Its FREE for Students

Q2. How to get a tutor?
Ans: You must post your requirement from your member area. Your requirement will be listed in our tutor jobs listing. And we send out email and sms alert to the matching tutors. Intersted tutors will apply to your job.

Q3. Can I contact a tutor directly?
Ans: No! You can contact only the tutors who are interested and applied to your job. You will receive the mobile number of the tutors in the Response from Tutor. This is done to proect from spamming.

Q4. Why the tutor job is not listed as soon as I submit the requirement?
Ans: Every job is reviewed manually by our Review Team to stop spamming and fake job listing. Review process may take upto maximum of 24hrs.

Q5. What is the tuition fee rate?
Ans: It must be decided between you and tutor.

Q6. Can I post 2 jobs at the same day?
Ans: No! You can only post 1 job requirement in a day. You can post the 2nd job requirement after 24 hrs of the previous post.

Q7. How long my account will be active?
Ans: Your account will become deactive if you don't login for a period of 1 year i.e., 365 days.

Q3. Can I create two profiles
Ans: No! One profile for One person only. Your login email and mobile number can't be used twice in our site. Mobile number is the only way to get communication from students. If we find duplicate or fake profiles the account will be closed and will not be allowed to register again.

Q4. How to get a tutor job?
Ans: Everytime there is a matching job profile we send you an email/sms alert. Do login to your Tutor Area (My Account) and apply the matching jobs. Selection of the tutor is upto the Student.

Q5. What is bidding credit?
Ans: 1 bidding credit is needed to apply a tutor job. Every time you apply a tutor job 1 credit will be deducted from the bidding credit account.

Q6. If I have 0 (zero) bidding credit what i have to do?
Ans: If you have 0 bidding credit then you can no longer apply any job. You can buy extra credit anytime by clicking the "BUY CREDIT" link from your Tutor Area.

Q7. Can I upgrade my Membersip Package?
Ans: Yes! At anytime you can upgrade your membership package from your Tutor Area by clicking the "Upgrade Membership" link.

Q8. How long my membership will last?
Ans: Its a lifetime membership service and you only have to maintain the bidding credit to apply the jobs.

Q9. Can I edit my profile?
Ans: Yes! You can edit your profile from your Tutor Area (My Account).
